Arts + Labor brings award-winning sushi chef into focus

The Austin restaurant UCHI hired Arts + Labor to produce a nationally distributed video highlighting co-owner and executive chef Tyson Cole. This year Cole was named as one "America's Best New Chefs, 2005" by Food and Wine and UCHI was named as one of the top 10 new restaurants in Texas. The video will be used to raise the profile of Cole, who's been featured in recent publications ranging from The Wall Street Journal to Brilliant.
